Any account that has ordered from you in the last 12 months, based on the transaction dates in your depletion reports. As accounts go inactive, your bill adjusts automatically.
How does billing work?
$1.50 per active account. 207 accounts = $310.50/mo. $150 minimum.
Do you charge by cases sold?
No. Your price is the same whether you move 100 cases or 100,000.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contracts, no cancellation fees.
Can my distributor pay for my account?
Yes — distributors regularly sponsor brand accounts. We can invoice them directly.
What does concierge onboarding include?
We take your raw distributor files — however messy they are — and build your entire Bevbase account. Data cleanup, SKU mapping, account deduplication, historical imports. You get a working system, not a DIY project.
